The first step towards recovering your data is Diagnosing the Device. This service is free, and will determine: The extent of the damage, the most appropriate solution, as well as the possible percentage of data recovery. At this point we will be in a position to provide you with a quote for our services.
The aforementioned process will take approximately six hours from the time the media arrives at our lab. It is important to mention that in the rare case in which we cannot recover your data, no charges will be made for our services.
Step Two
Usually, for relatively straightforward recoveries the process will take between two to three days. Severe problems can take between seven and eight workdays. (Please ask about our expedited service).
The cost of recovering data varies greatly, from US$250 to several thousand dollars in extreme cases. It all depends on the difficulty of the problem, the capacity of the magnetic media, and the amount of data recovered.
